About the Firm

The Larkin Law Group is a successor firm to Larkin Ferrell LLP, both founded by Sharon Larkin, a Chambers USA ranked lawyer recognized for her expertise in Government Contracts Nationwide and Bid Protests. We are a majority woman owned and woman managed law firm.

The Larkin Law Group is devoted to the success of our clients. We pride ourselves in bringing value to clients' organizations by providing exceptional legal services to help clients most efficiently and effectively achieve their business goals.  We understand our clients' businesses and industries and the demands they face, and we offer candid and well-reasoned advice to help clients through thorny legal issues.  We understand the potential pitfalls inherent in government and commercial contracting, and are skilled in counseling clients and developing strategies to avoid disputes and mitigate risks.  We approach every engagement with the goal of accomplishing the client's business objectives as quickly, efficiently, and effectively as possible.  Because we view litigation as a tool and not an objective, we are creative in exploring solutions that will best serve the client's interests.  But, when litigation is needed, we are strategic, capable, and convincing. We never lose sight of the fact that your business is built on relationships. So is ours.
