Jim also assists clients with bid protests, claims and disputes, prime/sub disputes, teaming agreements, and other contracting matters. Jim’s particular expertise is creatively resolving disputes through negotiation, whether they be contract or employment related.
Jim’s extensive experience gives him an understanding and appreciation of the business objectives and responsibilities that our clients face every day because he has dealt with issues from both the private law firm and in-house perspective. Because of that experience, Jim applies a pragmatic view when counseling clients on how to achieve most efficiently the organization’s goals and objectives.
